I run a little Montessori nursery in North London and the highlight of our week is our music class with one of Lucy’s friends, Harry Sparkles. The children are completely captivated for the entire session! Harry brings such enthusiasm and energy into the room and is so personable he is able to get the shyest of little beans to join in. Armed with his guitar, saxophone and clarinet, as well as a bag full of props, the children have learned so much. We have had to rotate the days that he comes so everyone can have a turn! Our daughter has been going to Lucy Sparkles music and dance classes since she was a baby, so there was no other option but to choose Lucy Sparkles & Friends to entertain at her 4th Birthday party. We had a princess theme and Tamara Sparkles came as Snow White and transfixed 15 three to four year olds for a magical hour that went by in 5 minutes. We also had the most superb face painter and the combination of both couldn’t have been more perfect. Our children love Callie Sparkles. She is very enthusiastic when she comes and the children are always excited to see her and what she might have in her special bag this week. She keeps things very varied for the children and every week has something new to introduce to them either by an active game or singing with the key board (in a very high pitch which I can not dream of reaching) or even combining the two and covering music and movement.
The toddlers really enjoy her time too I have never seen them sit so well or so close to anyone before, again I think it’s because she changes things up for them and introduces some variety.
The parents have given some really positive feedback about her too as the children go home with their ‘sparkles’ from her telling them all about her.

I would like to thank Lauren for providing the best birthday party I have ever had – and it was for my 70th birthday. We had a zoom party with Lauren Sparkles for my 1 year old’s birthday and it was brilliant. In these times when we cannot be together for such events, this was a great way to celebrate with the family, in various households around the UK. Lauren was engaging and the activities were perfect for the ages 1-5 years (which I requested). Every child was able to participate with ideas and it was easy to flip between seeing just Lauren and our camera, to seeing everyone on the gallery view. Even the grandparents had a blast. I just wanted to let you know that Ella entertained at Sam’s party on Sunday. She did a fabulous job; kept a dozen children of 2-6 years old happy and entertained. This is no small feat. There were 3 boys (including my older son) who had got over excited and bashy, and Ella managed to calm them down and get them involved. This is the second time I’ve seen her work her magic and simply can’t praise her highly enough. Without that 45mins of calm, the cake wouldn’t have been finished, the food would’ve been unheated, the parents not talked to. I also really appreciate that you developed the entertainment along the party’s ‘rainbow’ theme. I just wanted to say a really big thankyou for your and Gemma’s sterling efforts at Sophia’s party on Saturday. It was super noisy and super warm but you still managed to capture all the children’s attention! Brilliant dragon games, a lovely way with the children (even my totally overwhelmed birthday girl was wide-eyed and joining in), limitless energy and you have a truly beautiful voice.
