I run a little Montessori nursery in North London and the highlight of our week is our music class with one of Lucy’s friends, Harry Sparkles. The children are completely captivated for the entire session! Harry brings such enthusiasm and energy into the room and is so personable he is able to get the shyest of little beans to join in. Armed with his guitar, saxophone and clarinet, as well as a bag full of props, the children have learned so much. We have had to rotate the days that he comes so everyone can have a turn! Our daughter has been going to Lucy Sparkles music and dance classes since she was a baby, so there was no other option but to choose Lucy Sparkles & Friends to entertain at her 4th Birthday party. We had a princess theme and Tamara Sparkles came as Snow White and transfixed 15 three to four year olds for a magical hour that went by in 5 minutes. We also had the most superb face painter and the combination of both couldn’t have been more perfect. I would like to thank Lauren for providing the best birthday party I have ever had – and it was for my 70th birthday. It had long been a family joke that I had always wanted to be a ballet dancer- never a chance! I had come across Lauren as she was my little granddaughter’s favourite ballet teacher. I approached Lauren to see if she could help me throw a surprise Zoom ballet lesson party for the family.

Suffice to say it was a ginormous hit, we all had so much fun. Lauren pitched it perfectly for an age range from 3 – 70. I just wanted to let you know that Ella entertained at Sam’s party on Sunday. She did a fabulous job; kept a dozen children of 2-6 years old happy and entertained. This is no small feat. There were 3 boys (including my older son) who had got over excited and bashy, and Ella managed to calm them down and get them involved. This is the second time I’ve seen her work her magic and simply can’t praise her highly enough. Without that 45mins of calm, the cake wouldn’t have been finished, the food would’ve been unheated, the parents not talked to. I also really appreciate that you developed the entertainment along the party’s ‘rainbow’ theme. In these times when we cannot be together for such events, this was a great way to celebrate with the family, in various households around the UK. Ben Sparkles has been with The Park Gardens Nursery for more than a year as a peripatetic singing teacher. He takes the sessions very seriously and is able to manage children of different ages in groups of twelve. He uses a variety of instruments, a parachute and lots of visual aids. Some of the songs are original and they are mixed with familiar ones. He has an excellent record of attendance and is always punctual.
Ben always shows care and commitment in all his work with the children and in turn they love having him here. He will go out of his way to ensure the children in his care are safe and secure at all times. Ben would be an asset to any nursery class. We had a Lucy Sparkles party for my daughter’s birthday and it was one of the best children’s parties I have ever hosted. The ages of the children ranged from 3 years to 7 years and they were all transfixed for the whole time. We would just like to say a huge Thank You to you and your assistant for providing the excellent entertainment at Armelle’s 3rd birthday party last Friday. Armelle really enjoyed it and she kept on talking about the “Let it Go” song and dancing with scarves. All the children had a lot of fun and both my husband and I were amazed at how easily you engaged the children and keep them entertained.
